We have successfully increased the number of vessels that we man since we started in 1994. We have tripled the number of principals who trusted their ships to us and have dramatically improved the lives of many seafarers and their families.

It seems like a great time now to reflect on what we have accomplished, the journey we have taken to get to where we are now and the plans we have for an exciting, bright future.

Catering to the crewing need, we take pride in our company’s 25 years of experience in the manning industry which was recognized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration having been recipients of the POEA Top Performer Award three consecutive times.

We continue to strive better and challenge ourselves to broaden our horizons with our vision to cater to all the needs of our seafarers under one roof. So even in the face of a challenging economic situation, we moved to a brand new 16-story building that houses the state of the art corporate maritime facilities. This is our response to the increasing needs of our principals to deploy qualified and adequately trained seafarers.

Simultaneously, we also expanded our horizons by collaborating with SEATRIC, a medical clinic that provides the pre-employment medical examinations to all joining crew. The aim is to be able to closely monitor the health of our seafarers not only prior to their embarkation but even after they finish their tenure on board.

Our sub office in Piraeus, Greece which has a direct contact with all our principals is proof that our business has a hands-on policy right from the start. We take into consideration that for this business to succeed, there should always be team work between our Manila office, who takes care primarily of the crew with that of our Piraeus office who deals directly with the ship owners’ needs and concerns.
